Delivery, payment and returns
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka 1–2 working days, outside Dhaka 2–4 working days. You get an SMS when the parcel ships.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You can also pay with bKash, Nagad or card.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. Open the parcel in front of the delivery person and pay only if you are happy.
What is your return policy?
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we replace it or refund you.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, to all 64 districts through our courier partners.
